Here's Skipper. A ten-year-old mew with a lot of energy and an immense drive to become the strongest Pokemon ever. He's wily and naughty and likes breaking stuff, but he usually bows his head when someone yells at him. Mainly because he figures that saying sorry usually solves everything. And if it doesn't, battling sure does.

Originally raised by ratatta and a wise caretaker, he was adopted by a more civilized Pokemon family who lived in a house and everything, and their attempts to properly educate him and get him in proper order usually resulted in broken windows and stuff on fire. Why they persisted, nobody would know, but the fact that his adopted father is an incredible carpenter only serves to enable him to keep smashing stuff.

He's currently got a rival in Sila (see prior pics), and is sorta working as an assurance mascot for a skydiving club, where he joins newer folks in their first jump just to help relieve nervous tension. Otherwise, he trains and hangs out all the time and picks fights with anyone who locks eyes with him.
