Mukilteo is one of my (unfortunately currently lesser drawn) characters. Character-wise he is the brother of Matrices and so is the same species(fox/wolfdog hybrid), his personality is the opposite of Matrices' though(she is more doglike, and domesticated, while he is more wild), and lately he's been very ilusive. That's a radio collar on his neck since he got away for some time and was spotted a few months back.
