I read Jake's Long Workout. I must admit, it did involve intense exercise building an enormous amount of muscle, becoming bigger, stronger, and faster than even the Dark Dragon. I can imagine the reactions from Jake's friends and family while also the look on the Dark Dragon's face and ex-Councillor Chang's to see Jake Long so gigantic and powerful.
