Though it's unlikely it would take Garjan long to figure out the purpose of the screen, it seems he's already set on testing its slorp-prevention capabilities.
Got this absolutely adorable piece of my doofy green from the ever-lovely

Garjan is very aware that being disarmingly goofy can be a good way to break the ice with folk who might otherwise be nervous when dealing with a dragon more than big enough to devour a human alive!
In the grand scheme of things, I think Olli is more altruistic. Garjan is more likely to keep to himself and not make waves than the others. Pacifism and laziness can make for a strange moral headspace, but Gar does well for himself!
