This is the Cirrus Arrivée. It's a private/business jet, and it does appear to have a family resemblance to the Heinkel He-162 Volksjäger.

Interesting comparison to the Heinkel(seems not many people even know it existed). I was just watching a documentary on it this weekend and they showed an artist's rendering of some of the planned versions that were too late to see production--one of them included a butterfly tail, very much like the Cirrus.
