Scan who seems to have a very thought out and detailed character :)
Interesting to work with, though very challenging. I think I got a bit mad-max on the boots... xD
Bonus point if you know where he is! Double if you know the decade the rifle was in common use
*edit* ctrl-F5 for rifle trigger. Now with ability to actually fire!

and, very nice, relaxed setting. it's funny, so far those commissions have been clean ^^
If I'm not wrong, then it's our "Berliner Fernsehturm" (or Berlin TV-Tower, as you probably call it).
I recognize my city, when I see it. :D
