This is a photo of a really interesting fish from the Li jiang (river). I took this right after the Aquarium store I was working at got them in. The next day I set up a proper tank for them but I did not take any photos. They are vary active so are hard to photography with a cheap camera. I gave them the name Guilin Golden Loach as they do not have an accepted common name.

Sorry about the lame quality. My camera is a bargan basement FinePix 2650, one of the least expensive digital cameras ever built. I took the photos so that I could properly identifie them when I got home. ( My boss, the importer and his source did not know what they were.) so they were vary huried shots. I was more woried about providing a suitible enviroment to house them. Once I did that there was a good chance that I would rarely see them. That turned out not to be the case as these are veary active diurnal fish with a lot of curiosity.
