Wow, anyone remember that stage from Smash Bros. with the giant Pokemon balloons? I only thought of it just as I was submitting this.
Anyways, this is for
Observer_2541 . Here we have a four-float parade featuring his human Mandy, as well as 
Louie the Yellow Fox , 
coasterrider1 and 
Tuft~ in a Charizard suit, a Latias suit, and a Braviary suit respectively.
