You guys ever have it where you can picture something perfect in your gead, and yet no matter how hard you try, you just can't get it to look the way you want on paper?

That's with me and young, cute characters. Seems no matter what I do, they always have that soulless stare. Not much real character pop like I see so many other epic artists.

... so, to fix this, I will practice that just like I did here. I'll look at references, see what works and how, and continue to work at it.
