Well the arms are just a few seconds in PS/Gimp. So that's not an issue. The problem was render times in mentalray, the renderer. I had serious issues regarding render times and stability, but with a new render engine that has been resolved completely! Oh! I'll need to fatten her up a bit. The college food has taken its toll lol.

*bows* Why thank you Ken ^^ I try. Its not easy to re-create something that looks great in 2D , in 3D and making it look good.
Gosh I tried everything from CG fur, to cell shading , a real pain rendering as vector , and it just looks plain bland.
Compromise? I think of it as challenge. So far creating all the individual facial expressions as 'targets' allows me to simply use a bit of mel script, and set-driven-keys for lip-sync.
