They say a beautiful comet fell somewhere near the northern edge of the Old Town. A villager picked it up, and could not look anywhere else, so much he was enamoured with the creature. On the third day the Queen learned of it, and the villager and his family were executed for they woulnd't part with the beautiful creature even when the guardsmens' spikes were piercing them, only the starry skies of the creature's hide reflected in their eyes. Sometime later there wasn't any Old Town left and the Old Forest ate it, as it did many other parts of the kingdom, for it grew poor and unmaintained, people fleeing from old towns to big cities and from big cities to other kingdoms and the Queen could not look anywhere else but the creature, so much she was enamoured with it. On the third year the neighbouring kingdom learned of it...
