Along with what is happening in our area in London, I redamaged my bad leg after making so much progress.
So, not feeling ultimately great about reversing a months worth of healing.
Can barely walk without my spine, hip, knee and ankle/foot causing issues.
All the tendons have flared up, so i'm not good right now.
I can rest up, take painkillers and start from scratch. Once the pain levels subside enough to work on my leg again, I refuse to give in and let my chronic pain deal me a bad paw of cards.
Also with stress, covid-19 and not sleeping well, i'm a bit of a mess.
Positivity isn't strongest atm, but I am keeping myself afloat for now.
Chronic Pain Sucks. :(
