Here we have the second resident of Navel Rock Island or well she was, introducing Heather, Lennys neighbor upstairs. She lived on the island with Lenny ever since they were left there by their parents that disappeared, she has high spirit and is very kind to many Pokémon and humans as well, in fact humans that worshipped her mother back in johto made her a kimono to wear and from then on she loves fashion and loves to wear kimonos.
