During the New Year holidays, my old friend
came to visit to me and my brother

Unfortunately, he didn't know that the Russian frosts could be so merciless. That in degrees, that in the amount of precipitation. That's why, when he saw that our suburban forest house was covered with snow almost to the top, he didn't think that he would have to "fight his way" inside for comfort.
But he did it. But was soaked to the skin. But we didn't despair. We called our friend
and she took care of him.
Now we are sitting by the fireplace, warming up and chatting. Oh, yes. Hal took care of the fox too. Not without my request.
