Finale sketch of Ark, marking the end of Foxbruary!

"Hey everyone. Just wanted to say thank you all so much for making this the best Foxbruary so far. Now that the month is over we're going to wait a week and announce the winners of the full color running on March 8th"
As stated above, seriously thank you all so much for making this by far the best Foxbruary to date, and not only that but I think the best month I've ever had while posting work to FA. I've gotten what to me is a metric ton of favorites, lots of positive comments, and a bunch of new followers who found my art page this month. Frankly its really been one of the most well received months of art I've ever done and from the deepest part of my heart I want to thank all of you for making that a reality.
As I said, back on the first start of the month upload I said I would be running a competition amongst the drawings to try and start actually making more full color art instead of just my normal graphite sketch style content. The most favorited 3 pics of the month I would go back, redo in full ink and soft shading with more detailed backgrounds to have more practice at making full color art. I'll have you know I've been keeping track over the month and wow my expectations for some of the uploads was wildly off mark, haha. Some of the ones I expected to be pretty bland, got tons of favs, and others I really enjoyed didn't quite break out as much as I hoped they would. So in addition to those 3 winners, I may be going back as well to recolor 1 or 2 extras I was truly proud of for fun for myself. Also seriously, this entire thing may result in secondary run-offs as last I checked there were several images that are tied with each other for the various polling positions.
I'm going to give the most recently posted images a fair shake, and we'll be announcing the winners of the most favorited uploads of the month to get redone in full color on the 8th. Since some of these uploads have had weeks where they have been getting small trickles of extra favorites here and there, I want to be fair to some of the later uploads instead of having them lose just because they were done last.
Again, can't say thank you lovely fluffies enough for how well this month turned out. I'm going to be returning to my usual twice a week upload schedule for the foreseeable future now, but I'm excited to carry all the things I've learned the past two months to the rest of all my cast.
Fun side note, this is a fairly close slice of life shot right now, my hair hasn't gotten cut in almost a month because of the state of the world, so it really is shoulder length at this point. Also I do own and have my bit of "same outfit" syndrome when I go to work as I always wear my orange polo shirt on my work week Friday. So it was kinda fun drawing Ark drawn more directly as myself for a change, wearing clothes I actually do wear irl.
So enjoy some cute Ark as a guy for a change ^^
