Now here's what I adopted from

So unlike the normal Tepig in the Pokémon universe this Tepig doesn't breath fire since all Tepigs are fire types, this one sprays water cause it is a water type Pokémon and this fella is called seaweed cause he eats seaweed, the way he sprays water it through the snout sort of like an elephant but with a pig nose instead of a trunk. Seaweed was found tangled up in a bunch of litter so a few heroes came to it's rescue as it was tied up by ropes, so they brought it to Professor Oak to see what kind of Tepig it is and he was surprised by the result.
