Repairing the wrecked toy boat I found today was a real challenge!
This small toy sailboat was found on the shore of the lake at the park and was faded and smashed. I used my soldering iron to weld the cracks in her hull back together, and patched three large holes by filling them with scrap plastic and blending it into her hull with the soldering iron. Now she is floating reasonably well in the sink. This was very tedious and complex, and even I was surprised I was able to pull it off. There may be a few small leaks, but those can be sorted out with super glue later.
