After using their nappies, Zack and Tara have headed to the bathroom to be changed by Karen. As Tara waits for her turn she can't help but complain about having a soiled bum. Even though shes been wearing nappies for a long time and even needed them when she was little, she doesn't like being in dirty ones for prolonged periods. Thankfully Zack's change is almost over and Tara can get cleaned up herself.
