Kuro is the ninth son of a family of Demon Slayers and he is the most powerful.
His blade is imbued with the soul and power of the Japanese god beast Raiju inside of it. This gives him Tremendous Power such as manipulating the weather.
He can use Fox-Fire, Raise the Dead, Fly, and use magic to make talismans or heal fields.
He travels all over Japan purging demons.
