Mako is an Archbeast, a category of Ntubikian demon that is a convergence of feral prowess and demonic grace. Known as the "Guard Dogs" of Hâeta, they are loyal to their ruling goddess; however, they may be swayed to yield allegiance to someone else through bargaining, bonding, or sin alignment. Mako in particular is a maddened corruption of a soul bearing the weight of heinous crimes committed in life. She relentlessly fought her way out of Sik's arena, having pleased the Sin of Wrath himself enough to become one of his Archbeasts.
