You made a few mistakes though : "Waiting for you" should be translated as "vous attendre".
"Attendre pour vous" is correct, but is only used when you wait something instead of somebody, like keeping a place in the queue for someone.

With a few more corrections, the right spelling is : "Si vous voulez, les chiens pourraient vous attendre à l'extérieur, à coté de la porte".

So how does the entire thing translate?

If you want, the dogs could wait for you outside, near the door.
