I always liked the cool aspect of smoking in like Cowboy bebop style art but really it's only attraction now is that I quit the other day and the second hand smoke is just nice to be in

It's an anthro. they have opposable thumbs and human traits. Why can't they smoke when they can play football, use nail polish and even negotiate complicated bondage set-ups it seems at times? o.o

That's just my reasoning behind it anyway

The actual character might be but this picture isn't really in some aspects. See the length between the shoulder to the elbow, then from the elbow to the wrist? that's anthro. The other arm isn't in the same proportions, but when I first saw the picture I personally thought a quite feral-ish looking anothro, but still an anthro all the same as Keo is known to do quite toony/feral-ish anthos anyway, certanly not with real human proportions.
