A little world building on my part that makes this work. The average life span of beings is about 200 years, making safe reproductive age range from around 18 to around 160, so its somewhat common to space out pregnancies 20+ years apart.
Here we have a mother (Jennifer) and her first born daughter (Bridgette) talking about baby stuff. A little amused by the fact that they are both pregnant at the same time, they muse over each others belly, and coming up with possible names (as well as how Jen is going to spoil her grandchild when they come to visit).
Getting to feel her grandchild while it's still in the womb is a bit awe inducing but it makes her happy that she gets to do so.
As for what they might be saying in the image, I'll be letting  pregfur figure that one out, lol.
