The tail doesn't look very long... other than that it looks great.

It's actually super thick so looks might be deceiving..it's 34". Thanks for pointing that out though, I'll update the auction to let people know that!

Not totally sold on the nose though.

Yeah, I think it still should have been shaved off more. You can tell I had some trouble figuring out that area in general.

I think it's just the fact there's all that flat black around the nose, almost like it was going to be a big button nose, then you changed your mind, even though I know that isn't the case.

Actually that's very close to what happened! It was a larger nose...it extended above where it is now. But because of the seal fur it would have been obvious to add more fur and cover it. So in the end I decided to put the black up top to make it a smaller sliver and hope for the best, by adding in the airbrush black upside down triangle up the muzzle as part of his fur pattern.

But then I made a decision to make the nose below more small cat like and added in felt peice there, so I think those black pieces make a big visual circle underneath.

I think I felt damned if I did and damned if I didn't. The seal fur or the black cover up both would "show". Everything seemed compounded by that seal fur!
