A follow-up to my one-panel-per-page cartoon story "A Smashing Forecast" over a year ago. Yeah, I now thought of a name for the knock-out poodle weathergirl, Janet Booppersnout. She is out doing a report from New Wõlfenwalt borough in New Grimburg to report on the appearance of the local groundhog to tell if the next few months are more winter or early sprind based on the appearance of his shadow.
