This was a commission I got from for one my best friends . I thought it would be neat to give him a nice birthday gift for him of him turning into his Buizel self. It definitely turned out very cute and very nice.
His birthday is on October 4th, and this was a little late, but he still enjoyed the picture in the end which is what matters.
