Prelude for Organ IV. (Based on a theme by Respighi)

Beautiful, beautiul, beautiful, I'm always amazed at how rather "modern" sounding things like this can evoke feelings of ancientness.
Well, unlike the fellow above me, Iwill be listening to this while writing my music, because I don't have constant access to an instrument for now, so I have to compose on paper directly, this is going to be fun!

Thank you and good luck with the writing. I think I will subtitle these first 4 preludes something like "Book of Preludes based on Ancient Church Music" I think, as I plan to write other preludes that don't have to do with these modes and styles (like Sunrise, which I uploaded earlier). Thanks again for the comment! I look forward to your uploads when you're back with your instruments.
Well, that will make quite a bit of sense, and I think I wouldn't hesitate to grab a copy of the score once it goes in print. As for being with instruments, I am with quite a few instruments, more than I usually am actually, but I can't just "use" them as they aren't mine, but belong to a faculty at a university to which I don't have any direct corrections, but they'll allow me to record finished projects and provide instrumentalists too. In fact my latest upload has proven to be quite the ear-catcher~ Now I will most certainly use a drone in my next set of works.
