Haruna Sparks is a assistant manager at one of the pokemon item shop in town. Her main role is making sure that her workers are doing their task, and keeping the costumers happy. Although her two workers are mainly her close friends, Ryuko, and Washu, making sure the job get done is a greater task. Haruna isn't much a yelled, and prefer to speak in a negotiation, then lecturing them. Ryuko does help her out with things that seem hard to do, which Haruna is very much appreciated. Haruna always see, Washu a troublemaker, but they had been friends for years, and sometimes see the good side of her.
