Oh look it's Winter from Wings of Fire (By the amazing Tui T. Sutherland)! Or really just some IceWing... I wanted to try drawing from a reference and thought I'd give him a go, keeping it on the simpler side.

Something I really want to keep working on is consistency in the scales. Along his head, each scale is different from the one before which looks kinda awkward. I think getting that down could really help with the illusion.
