Time for the Blaze's most powerful Eeveelution (not including Divineon) and it's just a little Fairy Pokemon. Reason for this being Blaze's most powerful is because of the Ability Pixilate and Hyper Beam (note, not taking game mechanics into account) for a powerful hit.
