Otherwise known as "Ceres the constantly exhausted."" Born in Vancouver , the young fox found himself growing up as a neighbour to Lucy Odessa and then subsequently as a constant friend. The pair of them became inseparable, a close pair of friends considering themselves to be self-adopted brother and sister. Into adulthood Ceres would find himself jumping into the field of robotics studying at the robotics school, NVR, hoping to go into AI development and produce systems for the disabled.
He would later be one of the key members of the Lazarus Project, which would be designed to help his sick friend Lucy.
