Below is a brief of idea about the house with a bit of lore.

Bulba's House
Location: Mt.Silver, off-area, Johto, Parallel World No. 24xxx

Overview
The house were rebuild by renovating an old mysterious ruin. It used to be an ancient Pokemon Colosseum here. But the area has been blocked of by earthquake cause by certain calamity a decades ago.

Bulba's life as Competitive Pokemon Trainer were shine and ends here. Then rebirth as Anthro Bulbasaur after he gave up his human life.

After rebuild and learn how to utilize the dimensional portal here. He decide to renovate empty area of the ruin into his very own house you see here. Now it's where he spend his daily life.

Outdoor Area
Bulb Chamber
A Bulb shape chamber, the entrance of house. Design by Pokemon from Dungeon world using Plant-Base as blueprint. Having big sturdy wood log near a pond for relaxing around.

Berry Garden
Have Bulb Chamber as center, around the entrance are berry garden. It's Bulba's main supply source. With the help by a horde of Bulbasaur he train for the task. From planting, watering, tend crops, fertilize until harvesting. Berries growth here will keeps inside the house to be distribute and process later.

Indoor Area
Lobby Room
Connect directly downstairs from Bulba Chamber. Have a round table as utility meetup point and also have a meal here.

Kitchen
West from lobby is kitchen. Mostly use to keeps berries from the garden except the refrigerator that filled with food and always full of Lemonade to be given to any guest who come visit.

Bedroom
East from lobby is bedroom. Furnish to represent his former human room he ever live in Goldenrod City. But plus with porch for mountain view with sunset that helps him wake up everyday.

Storage Room
South from lobby is storage room. Items from various adventure, books, treasure, collectibles are keeping here. Inner area has a secret stair that lead to lower floor.

Dimensional Chamber
Under the storage room is dimensional chamber. It's a room that exclude from renovation and stay as is. The teleport altar here can be utilize to connect to any world once Bulba can attune it with helps of Shirogi.

As the room got dimension twisted in general. One of mystery about this room is when get outside, you'll appear at outdoor area, in front of Bulb Chamber. While a way to enter the room is connect with storage room.

Internet signal also emits from here and cover across the house! So no problem about connection with world outside at all.
