I really wish Tem got more fanart and fanfiction, there is so much that could have been explored. For someone who died within the very first chapter of the manga/first episode of the anime, he had a really large impact on the events of the series. It makes you wonder what might have happened if Tem never got eaten?
Hmm.. just spitballing here, but...
Tem would pursue Els affections and that coupled with his more prominent role in the Adler's play would lead him into conflict with Bill. That would spill into violence (as Bill wouldn't have Els to keep him grounded, thus growing increasingly violent and increasing his addiction to animal blood). Depending on how it would happen, Bill might keep it covert, diverting it to other animals in the school instead of outright attacking Tem, so as not to draw attention to himself becoming a hidden serial killer in the school. Legoshi and Louis would grow increasingly suspicious of Bill due to small things, tics and temper flares happening during the club meetings. Eventually Haru could be targeted but not killed (for whatever reason), leading to a 4-way cat and mouse game (if you pardon the pun) between Bill, Tem, Louis and Legoshi, each unsure of who to trust.
That's how I'd play it out TBH.
