soooo context~.

so this ones abit tricky to answer regarding the question because this HEAVILY depends on which backstory for ketikoo that im using, and that depends on which world/lore/setting i put ketikoo in. the lore that i have that id say is the most CANON out of em all is my star beast chronicles series. and in that one his family consists of his mother named waterstar.

she's not biologically his mother but she is the one who raised him. in ketikoo's origin story he's essentially a god born from a special ancient and forbidden ritual known as god melding. which involves taking two very powerful & rare mortal souls and sacrificing them to create a god soul. which the god soul then manifests and take a physical form. ketikoo's mom is essentially an immortal being that has been around since the 1st universe/realm was created so she's been around since the very beginning. there are other 1st ones like her from the first realm/first universe but its hard to say if she's the only 1st one that remains alive, but do to this its part of the reason she still has knowlege on how to perform such a forbidden ritual, and the reason she did this ritual was to save 2 damaged souls that were hanging by a thread of life left that she stumbled across as a way of sort of taking pity on them because at least then the two souls would leave behind some fragment of themselves that would live on in ketikoo's soul such as there memorys and such rather than the souls fading from existence. she's aware that someone had intentionally left those souls broken and damaged for her to find and somehow knew she had knowlege of how to perform this long and forgotten ritual. as for who that might be raises some questions. spoilers it was an evil spider goddess that calls herself the black widow. and she's written to be a pure evil character.

but anyways back to family. ketikoo also has a brother who iv drawn art of before. its a really old artpiece though. idk if ketikoo's brother fang is canon yet or not. i want to say yes but i need to come up with a backstory for him to make it work. (btw his brother fang is a doberman. ) he was not a fleshed out character but hopefully ill have fangs stuff worked out like his powers,class and origins story/backstory.

now i have some friends online here who i have as my pretend brothers and fathers but i haven't made any of that canon in my main and more serious canon storys for ketikoo. but in my non-canon storys they are ketikoo's brothers and fathers.

that being said is why i decided to answer this question as i did. theres more too ketikoo's origin story and info about who and what his mother is but ill leave this as it is. (i also would like to note i will be reworking the design of ketikoo's mom because this drawing was admittedly kinda rushed as i wanted to tackle this Q&A drawings more casually hense why im not going wild with the shading and background details because im suffering from an art burnout n stuff. sooo... *collapses from exhaustion from constant drawing even while burnt out.* )

anywho's just a public update i wanted to announce that the Q&A is still open if you wish to participate however i will be answering the questions on my own time and alot more slowly do to me having other artpieces that are taking priority over these. that and i just need a mental break from answering some of these questions to draw other things.
