Frank's always been a character I've been fascinated by for the longest time, his eerie calmness really made his presence stand out so much to me going into Donnie Darko. I just had to draw him, though I did stylize the mask/skull a tad. Doing so made me wonder if I should attempt to draw skeksis later on.
