My tarantula girl, Ana Lucia, with her darling pet tiny frog. Based on the fact that, in real life, certain species of tarantula actually WILL take in tiny frogs as pets. The frogs take care of tinier insects that the mama tarantula can't see or attack all at once, keeping them away from her eggs. In return, the mama tarantula protects the tiny frog from larger, deadlier predators. It's a symbiotic relationship. Isn't nature amazing?

(She's named him Tonto, for those who are curious.)
