Unfortunately no, unless there's some guys with female privates. NSFW wise, the three boys left the totem in the temple after Transformation because it also left them the ability to turn victims into monstrous sex-loving hunky anthro animals either through bite or through shooting a seed into one's mouth, butthole or v.
Also, transformed males end either bi or Homo, as the three boys (who are best friends with each other) became intimate towards each other.
As of now, the transformed people are holed up in an abandoned high school to avoid attention from authorities. Males there are either impregnating females or just enjoying each other's company. If the three boys manage to get a hundred people to their side, that will be the moment to take over city (which is small and takes up to a thousand citizens), and then initiate a city wide orgy, mostly because they can't control their lust.
