Probably, yes. Consider that "Mario" here is what, eight, maybe ten? ...he was pretty good. You're right, he should have had the moustache. That might have been part of the cosplay if they performed one later on stage, (I missed those, although I believe Bowser was in the masquerade.) Also consider that I didn't give them a lot of time to pose; I just grabbed what I could get and hurried on, since we were in the middle of a hallway.
It was funny talking to that guy when me and Dumpling were out of our suits.. that Mario kid with him.. we thought it was his son.. turned out the Bowser dude didn't even know him and the kid just randomly stalked him.. so he turned him into his personal slave.. XD
