For his horn I used a fancy korean crown I found on images.
His effect would be:
[Level 3 Beast Tuner]
1000/200
If a "Fire King" is special summoned, you can special summon this card from your hand.
If this card was destroyed and sent to the GY: inflict 500 points of direct damage to your opponent's LP.
And that's all. Are fire kings playable now? I doubt it. But this was fun.
