A design I did for the Not-Exactly-Villain of Humanity's Mockery! This is Leader, an extremely powerful doppelganger who can change form pretty much at will. They don't actually normally have a consistent form, but they have taken to using this one in specific in order to maintain a recognizable feeling to their men.
There's no questioning that they are capable and dangerous. The only question is about if they are trying to help or not in the end...
