This is a design for my Warlock in D&D. Not that I play I just wanted to create a character. I have a character shit over at D&D Beyond I will link to. The basic idea was this Deep One cultist, old, drive mad by thoughts, or the throughs that invade his skull. Has a persistent cough, mutters to himself, is generally squirrely. A frost draconian.
