Here is my royal SandWing Viper. Her mother is queen, and she has a aunt that doesn't like her mother, and is trying to get Viper to challenge her mother quickly. The reason her tail is like that (burnt looking) is because when she hatched her mother dragged her tail across hot coals, and that is why her poison in the barb is always hot, like it is boiling.
