So my question was answer, but first I think "see me first as a Pokemon" is something that should be explored more about what she means by that. Does she mean by Pokemon first as in humans expecting her to act like a Braixen and not like a human, which I guess will be expecting her to have diets for Pokemon, wanting her to battle, and giving her affection as a Pokemon such as petting and scratches and not hug and kisses like you would a human. There's a lot of nuance to that phrase that needs to be explored, though I feel like until she actually talks about it with someone she won't be able to move on with this, although I think it'll be better to find a solution to this before she falls for someone she seriously considers to date for real.
