It was wintertime on the AIB contestant grounds- Time passed in kind of a weird way, but judging by the jingle bells in the air, the several holiday-themed challenges, and the large amounts of snow coming down on the mountain, it was definitely time to deck the halls. Jelly seemed to be celebrating the most out of anyone- he was constantly wearing candycane-striped scarfs and red fuzzy socks all while gnawing on a package of red and green mint cookies.
Sock was unfortunately roped into a lot of Jelly and Popsicle Stick's holiday celebrations, even though he didn't really care for being holly and jolly. He appreciated the time spent with his two new friends, but sometimes the aesthetics of the holidays were kind of grating.
One afternoon, Jelly approached Sock, who was leaning over a Sudoku book and filling in the squares with a pen that he was holding in his mouth.
"Hey buddy!" Jelly said excitedly.
"Oh hey Jelly," Sock said, dropping the pen. "What's up?"
"Oh, nothin much. although..." Jelly said, "I just got in some new lotion. Do you want some? It's peppermint scented. Perfect for the holidays!"
Sock sighed. "Hmm. Sure, why not. I'm not doing anything super important anyway,"
Jelly smiled. "Yay!" He clapped his hands together. "I also have another surprise for you, but you have to wait." He said slyly. "It'll be worth it!"
"Hm, now i'm intrigued." Sock laughed.
"Now." Jelly pulled a small bottle of peppermint scented lotion out from behind his back and clicked it open. "Hmm. since you don't have any hands, can I just massage it into your feet?"
Sock blushed. "O-oh. Of course, sure! Should i just.." Sock shifted his sitting position so he could bashfully present his soft soles.
"Good boy!" Jelly said cheekily. He squirted some of the lotion out onto his hands and rubbed them together, and scooted up so he could begin working the sweet pepperminty lotion into his partner's gently wiggling feet.
"Ahh... That feels really good..." Sock said, embarrassed, leaning back and letting Jelly massage the silky, minty white lotion into his sensitive soles. It was cold at first, but once Jelly rubbed it in a little more, it became pleasantly warm.
"Right? That's why i always buy this brand," Jelly said, staring half-lidded at his friend. He took the bottle and poured even more onto his hands, getting to work on his other foot. Sock was totally relaxed and lolling back in his sitting position, sighing and savoring the sweet minty smell.
"Ahh, i think i put on too much." Jelly sighed. "Hmm, whenever i put on too much lotion, i always rub some of it off on someone else's hands. But... you don't have any hands... so..."
Sock's face flushed. "So... what?" He stuttered.
"Would you let me take some of that lotion onto my feet? I'm in need of some TLC too anyway," Jelly said flirtatiously.
"W-w-well wuhh.. Sure thing! Why not," Sock said nervously.
"Thanks! It doesn't have to be weird unless you /make/ it weird," Jelly laughed. "That's what I always say, anyway." He sat down and presented his paws, which were slightly smaller than Sock's huge feet, and slowly pressed their soles together. His feet were very warm. Sock smiled goofily and tried not to let his mouth loll open and drool as Jelly rubbed their sensitive feet together, their soles smoothly rubbing in the silky lotion.
"Haahh... Jelly, that's really nice..." Sock said, squirming a little bit as he pressed his feet gently into his partner's.
"Feels good, huh?" Jelly said, a small pink blush lighting up his cheeks. "Told you it was worth it,"
"Huh..? Yeahhh.." Sock said, sighing.
"Hehe, your feet must be really sensitive," Jelly teased. "Oh, I think that it's nice and rubbed in now!"
"Ah?" Sock snapped out of his temporary trance.
"Aaaand here's the suprise!" Jelly pulled out something different from behind his back. Brand new, straight-out-of-the-bag fuzzy red socks with white fluffy trim!
"Those are... for me?" Sock said, smiling.
"Of course they are, dummy!" Jelly said. "Let me put them on for you," Jelly slipped on the insanely soft, fluffy socks that gently hugged every inch of Sock's big, soft feet. He blushed.
"Thank you...!" Sock said cheerily, still a bit flustered. "That was really nice of you...! You didn't have to get me anything, y'know."
"Heh, don't worry, they look so cute on you," Jelly teased. "Can I rub them a little more?"
"O-oh! Of course," Sock stuttered.
"Ahh, I just love how soft they are! The... socks, i mean." Jelly said, stroking at his big, warm feet that were enveloped in the soft material.
"Huuuhhh..." Sock was flustered beyond belief. He never wanted Jelly to stop touching his soles. Right when he thought he couldn't get any redder, Jelly nuzzled his face into one of his soles.
"Hmm, minty!" Jelly said, laughing. He nuzzled his face in a little more and pressed a gentle, sweet kiss into his sensitive paw. Sock just about felt steam coming out his ears.
"Hehehehehehehhhh... you're b-being silly," Sock squirmed, that goofy smile still affixed to his face.
"Just trying to spread a little holiday cheer," Jelly said cheekily.
"Ah... Well you certainly got me in a h-holiday mood," Sock was finally able to form a full sentence.
"Well, hm, then do you want some more?" Jelly said.
"Yes, hehe, of course..!" Sock purred.
"What's the magic word?" Jelly said.
"....You're teasing me!" Sock laughed.
"Noo, I'm serious! What's the magic word?" Jelly stood his ground.
"....P-please." Sock said, blushing.
"Ah, there it is." Jelly seemed satisfied and continued to pepper his socks in small, gentle kisses all over as he buried his face in the soft warmth of the fuzzy socks. Sock squeaked.
Before he knew it, Sock was completely in love with the holiday season. Or maybe it was something else?

another one of these two boys!! i know this one's really christmas-y, but i chose not to include any mentions of christmas, hannukkah or any other winter holidays because I don't know if those things exist in the object show universe, specifically AIB's universe (and if they did, what name they would go by) :P
there's also a couple typos in the source file, but all of them are not very noticeable, lol! the desc version is the spellchecked one.
