Demin was actually created 3 or more years before that drawing for a Yahoo group mascot contest that I belonged too. Thank good those pics are lost to the depths of hell. He sported a much bigger Pink mohawk and a baby shit green hoody.
Demin came back to me and lost his head hair, and got much better looking.

My style is acctually a hybrid, but who's isn't these days.
I started out with just you know that basic shit style that every kid has.
Than I tried to teach my self the Manga style using the How To Draw Manga book series.
Didn't quite grasp every thing, but I took what I learned and combined it with what I knew and got the base for my style.
Then I went to college. I hate realisim, profesionaly and personaly, but I can apriciate the amount of talent it takes to convincing realisim. And any one who wants to improve their own style and work should go through a "Fine Arts" or "Figure Drawing" class. Cause let me tell you a basic understanding of the human body drasticly improves ones work....
