This horse is actually a human. Scary, uh? In our "New Dark World saga", humans can have different powers (think something like "My Hero Academia", but way darker and with a pinch more of realism), and this horse is actually a girl named Anya Philippus. Her power is to cause a physical transformation in people who are her relatives. Her brother Valder also has the same power and here he transformed her into a horse-like creature (they can't really become identical to animals, just to look-alike)... don't worry, however, she is perfectly consenting ;) The two usually transform each other in monstrous creatures, and together they are known as the "Pale Horses". They're actually superheroes and work with the FBI!
