This is a short bonus chapter for Giant Things & Tiny Things.



For some reason i can't stop thinking about this guy... Fleshed him out way more than I originally intended, and ended up creating Denek's entire backstory. Like the previous Denek scene ( https://www.furaffinity.net/view/38948982/ ) this doesn't fit anywhere into Giant Things & Tiny Things pacing wise, but I've grown so attached to Denek I wanna tell his story still... so here's a crappy sketched version anyway.


Denek lost his first parent at birth, it happens very rarely but sometimes Hillanders experience complications when the egg grows too big... his birther died from internal rupturing. His sire eventually died as well (was crushed during a digging accident) when Denek was in his early teens.

He was adopted by a professional nurturer (Hillanders who's job is to take care of orphans). Aylee is his shy & timid adoptive sibling.
