Well, the Indian Chief Thundercloud warned Grace to not be deceived by her appearance, saying she can take on any form she wants and will take on the form of someone she does not wish to see. Which is what shocks Grace into seeing that the witch Callie has chosen to take on the form of an evil version of Mrs. Calloway, possibly to torment Grace and to see if she would dare try to hurt a dear family member of hers.
