I really like the facial expression and the pose of the character in the image as it is crawling (I think that is what it is doing) towards the viewer in an interesting manner. I do feel that the character's right leg is looking a little bit awkward as one part is suggesting that it is sideways, while the ankles and heels suggest that it is rotated parallel to the viewer's view.

I really like the texturing as well, nice and warm looking. A very nice image you have done here. :)
