There’s a reason one should never want to cross Nami and this is that reason. She can definitely have the personality of Garra from Naruto. She prefers to have the personality of Garra after the time skip but if one should really cross her she can have the personality of Garra before the time skip and she won’t hesitate to crush an enemy with her sand powers.

Another ability of hers I came up with from a character coming in the game Mortal Kombat 11 named Rain. The company has a Twitter as well that has a short video that shows a lot of Rain’s moves, including one of his fatalities.
I definitely plan on commissioning a piece of her as that character at some point.
